CANCELLATION POLICY

At Truly Lash & Co , every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with the highest level of personalized care. Out of respect for our providers’ time and our guests awaiting availability, we kindly ask that you honor the following policies. Appointment Confirmations All appointments require a valid card on file to secure your reservation. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. • Cancellations made within the required notice period may be rescheduled without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. Late Arrivals We understand that delays happen. If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, depending on service duration, may need to be modified or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without communication will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Group Bookings & Extended Services Appointments requiring significant time allocations may require a deposit and extended cancellation notice.
